Effectively Get Rid of Tuvaro

Screenshot of Tuvaro:

Case one:  My wife unfortunately hit the wrong button and downloaded Tuvaro, malware that redirects your home screen in IE and Chrome to a Tuvaro Bing search. I've googled it, saw several fixes, and I think I've fixed most of the problem, but whenever I open IE or Chrome, it redirects to this Tuvaro screen.
The program no longer shows up as a current program, I think I've deleted it with Malware Bytes and SpyBot, but it continues to do it. I've search the registry for "tuvaro" and can't find it.
Is there anything that I can do to get it to stop?

How to Remove isearch.nation.com

Screenshot of isearch.nation.com:

Case one: I predominantly use Mozilla Firefox and I noticed quite recently I was having problems with the browser being slower than I was used to. Also at times when I wanted to select something on my taskbar, the cursor was not acknowledging it and being slow to let me click to bring up the folder or whatever I was trying to select.

I only realized this problem may be more serious when I decided I would try to use Google Chrome for a while and found to my surprise, that at times when I searched for something, I would be diverted to isearch nation instead of a google result page. I realized I may be having a general malware problem however none of my AVG or malware bytes anti malware scans detected anything.
